  • 1 ounce orange juice about the juice of ½ medium orange, or 2 tablespoons, fresh
  • 1 ounce tequila about 2 tablespoons, silver
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar

For a pitcher of skinny margaritas (5 drinks)

  • kosher salt
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
  • ice cubes
  • ¾ cup + 3 tablespoons lime juice about the juice from 7 ½ limes, fresh
  • cup orange juice about the juice of 2 ½ medium oranges, fresh
  • cup tequila silver
  • 1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons agave nectar

Instructions

  1. Pour kosher salt on a small plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a 8-ounce glass and dip in salt. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker (or pitcher), add lime juice, orange juice, tequila and agave nectar. Shake or stir to combine.
