Skinny Pumpkin Pie Dip (Easy + Low Calorie)

Skinny Pumpkin Pie Dip blends soft cream cheese, canned pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spices into a creamy, lightly sweetened dip, finished with folded-in light whipped topping. This low-calorie treat offers a smooth texture with seasonal flavor, ideal for dipping cookies, pretzels, or fruit slices.

Description

This dip combines softened light cream cheese with sweetener, canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon, providing a straightforward mix of autumnal flavors. Folding in lite whipped topping lightens the texture, resulting in a creamy, airy consistency.

The dessert is served chilled after at least 30 minutes of refrigeration, allowing the flavors to meld and the dip to firm slightly. Optional caramel drizzle and toppings like chopped nuts can enhance both taste and presentation.

This dip works well as a festive appetizer or snack during fall gatherings. It pairs nicely with a variety of dippables such as animal cookies, sliced apples, pretzels, or gingersnaps.

For dietary adaptations, dairy-free cream cheese and whipped topping can be substituted to make the dip suitable for dairy-free diets.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened, light
  • 3 Tbsp Truvia sugar, or other sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin canned, 120g
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip lite, 36g

Optional For Serving:

  • caramel drizzle
  • dippables of choice like animal cookies, apples, pretzels, gingersnaps, graham crackers, etc.

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer (or in your Kitchen Aide) until smooth.
  2. Add the sweetener, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
  3. Then, fold in the cool whip. Taste and add more sweetener if desired.
  4. Cover and store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (best after 2-3 hours!) before serving.
  5. Drizzle with caramel sauce and top with chopped nuts for a delicious and beautiful presentation, if desired! I definitely recommend at least adding the caramel drizzle.

Notes

  • To make the dip dairy-free, replace cream cheese and whipped topping with dairy-free alternatives or omit whipped topping.
