Sloppy Joe Tacos

Change up taco night, with these Sloppy Joe Tacos. Taco shells are filled with sloppy joe meat to create a delicious weeknight meal.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/8 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 cup mustard
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 20 Stand and Stuff Taco Shells
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Once browned, drain off any excess grease.
- Then stir in the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Stir to combine the ingredients.
- Bring the mixture to a low simmer and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
- Place the taco shells in a baking dish. Spoon the beef mixture evenly into each of the shells and top with the shredded cheese.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Then the tacos are ready to serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
