This Crockpot Angel Chicken is the ultimate one-pot dinner. The creamy and zesty sauce coats the tender chicken and pairs wonderfully with angel hair pasta.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast skinless and boneless, boneless
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 .5-ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounce cream cheese softened
- 1 ounce Italian dressing mix packet, dry
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup white wine optional; substitute with more chicken broth if desired, dry
- 1 pound angel hair pasta

Instructions
- Prepare the slow cooker by coating it with a light coating of cooking spray.
- Place chicken breasts in the prepared slow cooker and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and cook garlic for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.
- Add the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, Italian dressing mix, chicken broth, and white wine and whisk until melted and smooth. (About 3-5 minutes)
- Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- About 20 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and toss with the butter to prevent sticking.
- Shred or slice the chicken, then stir the sauce in the slow cooker to combine. Serve the chicken and sauce over the cooked pasta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat the chicken and pasta in a saucepan over medium-low heat until warm.
- Swap more chicken broth for the dry white wine if you want to keep this recipe alcohol-free.
- Let the chicken rest for 10-15 minutes before serving to allow the juice to redistribute and prevent it from becoming dry.
