How to cook the most delicious slow cooker beef and ale stew. This pub classic has been updated for the slow cooker and features the most amazing Yorkshire ale.

Ingredients
- 900 g Beef Stewing Meat cubed
- 2 330 ml ale
- 1 white onion large
- 2 celery sticks
- 4 carrot medium
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp tomato puree or tomato paste
- 1 Tsp Garlic puree
- 1 Tbsp bouquet garni dried
- 1 Tbsp parsley dried
- 1 Tbsp thyme dried
- mashed potatoes prepared in Ninja Foodi
- salt
- black pepper

Instructions
- Put the Ninja Foodi on sauté and add the oil and the beef. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until the beef is browned on all sides.
- Add all the seasonings and then the 2 cans of ale and then stir. Cancel the sauté.
- Peel and dice the onion and carrot and clean and slice the celery.
- Add the veggies and all the other ingredients into the slow cooker, stir and then place the lid down. Slow cook for 4 hours on high or 7 hours on low.
- Stir the slow cooked steak and ale stew and add some peas if you want to feed more people.
- Then serve with mashed potatoes.
Notes
- Bacon. If you would like to add bacon, then you can do so when you add the beef to the slow cooker.
