Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast diced, boneless skinless
- 1 diced tomatoes 14.5-ounce can
- 1 cup chicken broth plus more as needed, low-sodium
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 black beans 15-ounce can, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels frozen
- 3 cup brown rice cooked
- 2 lime fresh
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
- Combine the chicken, diced tomatoes and their juices, chicken broth, taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salt in a slow cooker.

- Cook the brown rice according to directions and stir in the crock pot.
