Slow Cooker Jacket Potatoes Ingredients:
- 6 Jacket Potatoes
- ½ can baked beans
- 120 g grated cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp butter
- sea salt

Instructions
- Prick clean potatoes with a fork and season well with sea salt. Wrap in foil and load into the slow cooker. Cook on high for 3.5 hours or on low for 6.5 hours.
- When the slow cooker beeps open the foil and check with a fork that your potatoes are cooked.
- Then load a ramekin (or two) with baked beans and make a space in the slow cooker for them. Cook for an extra half an hour on high, or an hour on low.
- Load up your potatoes with butter, beans, and cheese before serving.
Notes
- Swaps. I have loaded my jacket potatoes with beans, cheese, and a little butter. You can mix and match with your favourite jacket potato fillings.
