Ingredients
Peach Base:
- 8 cups peach approx. 8 medium sized peaches, sliced, skin left on
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 medium lemon about 3-4 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tsp lemon zest, zest and juice
Cake Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 stick, melted
- 3/4 cup milk (whole or 2% preferred)
