Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna

Easy and simple 5-ingredient slow cooker ravioli lasagna made right in your crockpot with frozen cheese ravioli and garlic basil marinara sauce is an easy dump it and forget it meal your family will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce cheese-filled ravioli do not thaw, frozen, package
  • 1 ounce marinara sauce or 2-3 cups homemade, jar
  • 2 teaspoon garlic minced
  • basil finely chopped, (plus additional for topping - optional, fresh, handful
  • 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend (you can use a pre-mixed Italian blend, or use a combination of shredded mozzarella and parmesan)

Instructions

  1. Grease your slow cooker with cooking spray. In a medium bowl stir together marinara sauce, garlic, and basil.
  2. Layer half of the frozen ravioli in the bottom of the slow cooker. Cover with half of the sauce, then half of the cheese. Repeat process and layer ravioli, then sauce, and then cheese on top.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Garnish with fresh basil and cracked black pepper if desired and serve.

Notes

  • For you meat-lovers, you can saute 1 pound Italian sausage in a pan/skillet on the stove until browned, then stir in marinara sauce along with the garlic and basil, then proceed with recipe as written.
