- 4 talks celery chopped
- 4 ounces green chilies diced
- 4 cups water or vegetable broth
- ⅓ cup cilantro + more for garnish, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin ground
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups corn frozen
