Description

The Slutty Brownie Recipe begins by pressing store-bought chocolate chip cookie dough into a parchment-lined 9x13 pan. A layer of approximately 28 Oreo cookies is placed evenly over the cookie dough. Fudge brownie batter, prepared according to package instructions and folded with semisweet chocolate morsels, is spread over the Oreo layer. White chocolate chips are sprinkled on top, followed by crushed Oreo pieces.

Baking at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean creates a dense, gooey bar with multiple chocolate textures and flavors, from the chewy cookie base and crunchy Oreo center to the moist, chocolatey brownie topping.

  • 1 Chocolate Chip Cookie dough package
  • 1 18 ounce fudge brownie mix prepared according to package directions, box
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 Oreo cookies divided, double stuffed, pack
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fleur de sel

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a 9x13 dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper. You'll thank me in the long run. Coat with cooking spray.
  3. Press cookie dough into the bottom of the pan.
  4. Place a single layer of Oreo cookies over raw cookie dough (approximately 28).
  5. Prepare fudge brownies according to package directions. Fold in 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels.
  6. Pour brownie batter over Oreo layer.
  7. Top brownie batter with white chocolate chips.
  8. Crush remaining Oreos into large pieces. Evenly pour on top.
  9. Bake, uncovered, for 35-40 minutes or until they pass the toothpick test.
  10. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  11. Pull the brownies out of the pan by aluminum foil. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with fleur de sel.
  12. Cut into 16 squares and enjoy. They are supposed to be gooey- you might need a fork!
