Slutty Brownies
Description
Slutty Brownies start by pressing a refrigerated cookie dough layer evenly into a lined baking pan. A full layer of Oreo cookies is arranged evenly on top, followed by brownie batter poured over them. The dessert is baked until the brownies are fully set, resulting in three distinct textures: a chewy cookie base, a crunchy and creamy Oreo middle, and a fudgy brownie top.
The layered approach creates a dense, chocolatey treat that provides variety in each bite. The use of prepared cookie dough and brownie mix makes preparation accessible while combining familiar sweets into a unique form.
Baked in a 9x9-inch pan, the brownies need to cool thoroughly, ideally for one hour, to allow layers to set and facilitate cutting into squares. These brownies can be stored covered and are suitable as a decadent dessert or snack.
You can substitute homemade recipes for the cookie dough and brownie layers to personalize texture and flavor.
