Report
Smash Burger Sauce is a tasty addition to all your burger recipes. It is easy to make and you only need a few staple ingredients.
Share:
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, dill pickle relish, Worcestershire
- sauce, garlic salt, onion powder, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Whisk the ingredients together until thoroughly combined and smooth.
- Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend together.
- Give the sauce a quick stir before using it.
Notes
- For a tangier sauce, add more mustard or pickle relish; for a sweeter sauce, increase the amount of ketchup.
- I recommend using full fat mayonnaise.
