Ingredients
- 5 duck smoked, thinly sliced pieces
- lettuce mix a handful
- 25 g feta cheese
Blackberry Sauce
- 10 blackberry 5 for decoration, 5 for dressing
- 20 ml olive oil
- 10 ml balsamic vinegar
- black pepper
Instructions
- Thinly slice the smoked duck breast into 5 pieces.
- Blend 5 of the blackberries with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and pepper.
- Place the salad mix on a plate then add the duck breast, cheese, and the rest of the blackberries and pour over the blackberry dressing.
