Ingredients
- 1 pineapple peeled, cored & cut into spears
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons cold butter cubed
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees.
- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a large resealable bag. Add pineapple spears, seal the bag, and shake to coat the pineapple with the sugar mix.
- Place pineapple spears in an aluminum foil pan.
- Top with the cubed butter.
- Smoke at 225 degrees for 60 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
