Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs

Protein packed deviled eggs with smoked salmon. These are lightened up with Greek yogurt. Enjoy for a snack or an appetizer.

Ingredients
- 6 large hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup smoked salmon finely diced
- 3 Tablespoons green onions sliced
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons capers rinsed and finely chopped
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Peel and halve the cooked eggs lengthwise. Put the yolks in a small bowl. Add the salmon, green onions, yogurt, mayonnaise, capers and lemon juice. Mix together and season with black pepper. Fill each egg and season with additional pepper.
