How to make a creamy, flavor-packed smoked salmon dip that is amazing for parties and gatherings with crackers and bread cubes, or simply slathered on a bagel for your own meal!

Ingredients
- one ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 6 ounces smoked salmon chopped
- ¼ cup capers or to taste
- 2 tablespoons chives Optional
- 1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 1/8 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 Squeeze fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Process the cream cheese in a food processor until smooth and all lumps are gone. This is easiest when you have soft cream cheese to start, don't use cold!
- Add in the smoked salmon, some of the capers, chives, dill, cream, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice. Process the mixture again until creamy and smooth.
- Taste test and add more capers if desired and adjust all seasonings to taste.
- Serve as a dip with crackers, breads or slather all over a bagel and call it a meal!
- This must be kept refrigerated.
