This smoked sweet potatoes recipe is something totally different. Coated with brown sugar, cinnamon and perfectly-smoked, these sweet potato wedges are to die for!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds small sweet potatoes unpeeled, cut lengthwise into 1 ½-inch wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- pinch ground nutmeg

Instructions
- Get out and measure your ingredients.
- Combine seasonings and stir until blended.
- Coat wedges with oil and then thoroughly with seasoning mix. Reserve 2 teaspoons of seasoning mix to sprinkle on potatoes as soon as removed from smoker.
- Place in foil pan in preheated, 200 degree smoker.
- Smoke for about 3 hours, until the sweet potatoes were tender when pricked with a fork.
- Serve and Enjoy!
Notes
- If you're smoking your wedges, don't open the smoker until you're ready to check for doneness. You'll keep the heat even and all that smoky goodness inside the smoker.
- If you have a smoker/grill combo, you can grill these wedges at first to get nice grill marks and then finish them by smoking.
