Le smørrebrød est un sandwich danois ouvert préparé avec du pain de seigle et des garnitures comme de la charcuterie, du poisson ou du fromage.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 4 tranches rye bread
  • butter French word for butter
  • 8 filets smoked herring
  • 4 egg cru, yolk
  • 1 red onion coupé en fines rondelles
  • 8 radish coupés en fines rondelles
  • chives ciselée
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Beurrer les tranches de pain.
  2. Disposer 2 filets de harengs sur chacune d'entre elles.
  3. Ajouter de fines rondelles d'oignon rouge, des rondelles de radis, et parsemer de ciboulette ciselée.
  4. Disposer le jaune d'oeuf sur le dessus, au coeur d'une demi coquille.
  5. Ajouter du poivre fraichement moulu.
