- 2 snapper fish 900 gms - 2 lbs., cleaned and scaled, medium sized
- 4 garlic sliced, cloves
- 300 gms cherry tomatoes quartered, 10 oz
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup white wine
Notes
- You can also use the sauce for spaghetti.
