  • 4 garlic sliced, cloves
  • 300 gms cherry tomatoes quartered, 10 oz
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup white wine

Notes

  • You can also use the sauce for spaghetti.
