  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Topping

  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line an 8x8" pan with foil.
  2. In a blender or food processor, process chickpeas until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla, and oil, and blend until smooth.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking powder.
  5. Add dry ingredients to the chickpea batter.
