Ingredients

  • 12 ounces chocolate I used 9 ounces semi-sweet squares and 3 ounces white chocolate squares, melted
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy
  • ½ cup confectioners sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate according to package directions, taking care not to overheat. I melted the semisweet and white chocolate separately and then mixed together.
  2. To melted chocolate add peanut butter, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Spoon or pipe (I used a decorating bag with a large round tip) chocolate mixture into small baking cups. Refrigerate until set. Enjoy!

Notes
