  • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth low-sodium
  • 2 cups instant white rice uncooked
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • dash black pepper freshly ground
  • parsley for garnish, fresh

Instructions

  1. Add 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup and 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth to a medium saucepan. Stir and heat over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
  2. Stir 2 cups instant white rice, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings, ½ teaspoon chicken boullion, and dash freshly ground black pepper into the soup mixture. Cover the pan and remove from heat.
  3. Let the rice stand for 5-8 minutes or until the rice is softened and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  4. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve warm!
