Ingredients

Servings
  • 130 gms dark chocolate chopped, 3/4 cup
  • 115 gms butter or vegetable spread
  • 100 gms granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 egg at room temperature
  • 125 gms sourdough discard 1/2 cup
  • 25 gms unsweetened cocoa powder sifted, 1/4 cup

Notes

  • Make sure you do not overbake these brownies!
  • For more cake-like brownies, use the full amount of sourdough discard. For denser, chewier brownies, user about 65 grams – ¼ cup instead of the full amount.
