  • 2 ½ tsp active dry yeast
  • 150 ml water 2/3 cup, lukewarm
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 115 gms sourdough discard 4 oz
  • 360 gms all-purpose flour 2 ¾ cups
  • 1 egg
  • 70 gms butter softened, 1/3 cup
  • 1 ¼ tsp salt

Cinnamon Filling

  • 30 gms butter softened, 2 tbsp
  • 115 gms caster sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 30 gms butter softened, 2 tbsp
  • 80 gms cream cheese softened, 2/3 cup
  • 75 gms icing sugar 1/2 cup
