Ingredients
Rolls
- 2 ½ tsp active dry yeast
- 150 ml water 2/3 cup, lukewarm
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 115 gms sourdough discard 4 oz
- 360 gms all-purpose flour 2 ¾ cups
- 1 egg
- 70 gms butter softened, 1/3 cup
- 1 ¼ tsp salt
Cinnamon Filling
- 30 gms butter softened, 2 tbsp
- 115 gms caster sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 30 gms butter softened, 2 tbsp
- 80 gms cream cheese softened, 2/3 cup
- 75 gms icing sugar 1/2 cup
