These Soy Ginger Steak Bites are juicy, tender, and full of savory-sweet flavor!

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds steak sirloin, strip loin, or ribeye
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
Marinade
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients. Cut steak into bite sized pieces and add to marinade.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Remove from marinade allowing excess to drip off. (Discard remaining marinade).
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
- Add steak in a single layer and cook 2-3 minutes without stirring to get a crust on one side. Stir and cook 1 minute more. Do not overcook.
- Remove from heat, toss with butter. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired. Serve immediately
Notes
- Ensure excess marinade has dripped off of the steak or you won't get a nice crust.
- Cook steak bites in batches if needed. If the pan is overcrowded, you won't get a good crust.
