- 1 spaghetti squash see methods above, prepared
- 4 tablespoons butter

- black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions
- Prepare spaghetti squash using your favorite method mentioned above. Drain well and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Notes
