This spicy chicken wings recipe is so delicious you'll be preparing it over and over again just like I do. A beautiful platter of spicy wings with rice and fries is my absolute favourite.

Notes

  • Note 1 – Chicken wings with the skin are best for any fried chicken recipe as it allows for that extra crispiness. It also adds flavour and keeps the chicken moist during the cooking process.
  • Note 2 – It is best to marinate the chicken wings for as long as possible as it allows for maximum flavour to develop, overnight is preferable. However, if you are short on time then you can fry straight away.
