Spicy Chili Noodles (Quick & Easy)
Description
This recipe cooks noodles until al dente and combines them with a sauce made of soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar, providing sweet, salty, and tangy notes. Garlic is gently browned in neutral oil before adding chili flakes, which infuse the oil with heat and aroma.
The sauce thickens slightly when heated with the aromatics, coating the noodles when combined. Chopped green onions mixed in at the end offer a mild onion flavor and bright green color contrast.
These noodles can serve as a side dish or a light main meal. The level of spiciness is adjustable through the chili flakes, allowing customization.
