Tahini Sauce:
- 1/3 cup tahini paste sesame paste
- 2 tablespoons water
- lime about 3 tablespoons, juice of a huge
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
Carrot Mint Salad
- 3 cups carrot shredded
- 1 cup mint chopped, fresh
- 2 tablespoons tahini recipe above, sauce
Pita cones:
- 6 pita bread thin
Extra Toppings:
- iceberg lettuce shredded
