Spicy Peanut Chicken Wraps

Spicy Peanut Chicken Wraps combine diced, seasoned chicken with a creamy, tangy peanut sauce enhanced by garlic, lime juice, and optional heat from Sriracha. Wrapped in tortillas with crisp broccoli slaw, these wraps offer a balance of savory, spicy, and fresh textures, making them suitable for a quick, handheld meal. The inclusion of fruit on the side adds a refreshing contrast, while the sauce doubles as a dip, offering flexibility in serving.

Description

Spicy Peanut Chicken Wraps incorporate diced chicken breasts cooked through and seasoned simply with salt and black pepper. A rich peanut sauce is created by mixing peanut butter, tamari, olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, and Sriracha for heat, thinned with water to an appropriate consistency. The wraps are assembled by spreading sauce on tortillas, layering with broccoli slaw, then adding the cooked chicken before rolling up. Optional fruit accompaniment and extra sauce as a dip complement this wrap.

The dish presents a combination of creamy and spicy flavor from the sauce paired with the fresh crunch of the slaw and tender chicken bites. Cooking the diced chicken in one pan and preparing the sauce simultaneously streamlines the process. Presentation can be whole or halved to fit meal containers.

This recipe works well for lunches and casual dinners, particularly where portability is desired. The ingredient list and method support straightforward assembly without unusual preparation steps.
