Ingredients

  • 3 cups prepared jarred marinara sauce
  • 2 onion finely chopped
  • 2 pounds spinach trimmed and washed, fresh
  • 2 cups mushroom chopped
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese fat free
  • 1 egg large, white
  • cup whole wheat breadcrumb
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • ¼ cup basil finely chopped, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon oregano dried
  • 5 garlic minced, cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
