  • 1 pizza dough store-bought, tube
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup spinach chopped, fresh
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon basil dried, for seasoning
  • chili flakes optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and place on a baking tray, pizza stone or cookie tray with parchment or baking sheet
  3. Heat the olive oil in a small pan
  4. Add the minced garlic and cook on low for about 4-5 minutes until slightly browned and switch off the stove.
  5. Brush the “garlic oil” all over the pizza dough
  6. Sprinkle the cup of spinach all over the oiled dough
  7. Now add the feta and mozzarella cheese
  8. Place it in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. The crust should brown but not burn
  9. Take it out of the oven and sprinkle with dried basil and chili flakes, if using
  10. Slice, serve and enjoy
