  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 8 lices Bacon crispy
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese grated
  • 2 cups Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 12 heets lasagna noodles

Instructions

  1. Dice the bacon into tiny pieces and grate the parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  2. Blend the cottage cheese with garlic powder until creamy and smooth.
  3. Dice the spinach into medium-sized pieces.
  4. Butter all the sides of a baking dish. Place the lasagna sheets on the bottom of the dish, followed by a third of the cottage cheese mixture, spinach, bacon bites, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
  5. Repeat the layering until you run out of ingredients. Top the lasagna with cheese.
  6. Bake the lasagna covered with foil or a baking dish lid at 250°F for 45 minutes. Remove the cover and bake until the top is golden brown. Serve right away while the cheese is nice and melted.
