Spring Cocktail Recipe
Description
The recipe begins by shredding purple radish and muddling it with a touch of sugar to release natural juices and soften its sharpness. Adding sage spirit introduces herbal depth, complemented by the floral sweetness of elderflower liqueur. Freshly squeezed grapefruit and lemon juice enhance the drink with acidity and brightness. After shaking with ice and double straining, the cocktail is served cold in a martini glass, making it visually appealing and refreshing.
Its layered flavors combine to create a drink that is mildly spicy from the radish, subtly sweet and scented from elderflower and sage, with citrus notes that cleanse the palate. This cocktail suits spring gatherings or as a sophisticated aperitif.
