Ingredients
- 6 slices Sriracha Candied Bacon click link for recipe
Caramelized Onions
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup onions thick sliced
Sriracha BBQ Sauce
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
Brie Cheeseburgers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz Brie cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup fresh arugula

Instructions
- Prepare the Sriracha Candied Bacon (click link for the full recipe).
Caramelized Onions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onions and cook down for 30 minutes.
Sriracha BBQ Sauce
- Combine the BBQ sauce and sriracha to make the sauce.
Brie Cheeseburger
- While the onions are caramelizing, combine the ground beef, brown sugar, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and form into 4 patties.
- Grill the burgers for 6-8 minutes per side.
- Top each burger with 2 oz of brie cheese 2 minutes before removing from the grill.
- Spread the Sriracha BBQ Sauce on each of the bottom buns. Place the arugula on top of the sauce, then place the burger on top of the arugula.
- Place the caramelized onions and 1 ½ slices of bacon on top of each burger, add the top bun and serve.
