Steak Taco Recipe
Description
This Steak Taco Recipe features sirloin steaks rubbed with black pepper and garlic salt then marinated in a mixture of Italian dressing and Worcestershire sauce for several hours. After marinating, the steaks are cooked to the desired doneness, rested, then sliced to fill corn tortillas.
The marinade provides acidity and savory notes, imparting flavor and tenderizing the meat. The method allows the steak's natural flavors to shine alongside the tangy marinade components. Adding cheese and other favorite toppings enhances the texture and taste, complementing the beef and tortilla
These tacos serve as a straightforward, tasty meal option with a balance of protein, spices, and fresh accompaniments typical to taco preparation. They are suitable for casual dinners or gatherings where handheld foods are preferred.
