Steakhouse Chicken with Mushrooms, Onions and Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 slices Bacon
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 onion sliced
- 8 mushrooms sliced
- 2 Tablespoon Monterey jack cheese shredded
- 2 Tablespoon sharp cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
- Bake chicken at 375 for about 30 minutes.
- While the chicken bakes cook the bacon if it is not already cooked. Crumble it into small pieces.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and sautee the onion and mushrooms until they are browned.
- When the chicken is done top each chicken breast with 1/4 of the bacon and mushroom mixture. Then mix the two cheese together and sprinkle over the chicken.
- Put the chicken back in the oven for 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese.
