  • 1 pkg cream cheese softened, package
  • 1 pkg cheesecake pudding powder package 3.4 oz box
  • 2 vanilla yogurt 6 oz each
  • 8 oz whipped topping Cool Whip
  • 2 pounds strawberry sliced
  • 3 banana sliced, medium
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice fresh

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft and creamy.
  2. Add in the pudding mix and yogurt.  Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, bananas and lemon juice.
  6. Right before you are ready to serve, gently fold in the strawberries and bananas.  Be careful not to smash the fruit and do not over mix.
  7. Serve cold and enjoy!
