Ingredients
- 1 pkg cream cheese softened, package
- 1 pkg cheesecake pudding powder package 3.4 oz box
- 2 vanilla yogurt 6 oz each
- 8 oz whipped topping Cool Whip
- 2 pounds strawberry sliced
- 3 banana sliced, medium
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice fresh
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft and creamy.
- Add in the pudding mix and yogurt. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, bananas and lemon juice.
- Right before you are ready to serve, gently fold in the strawberries and bananas. Be careful not to smash the fruit and do not over mix.
