Strawberry Banana Frozen Smoothie

Strawberry banana smoothie is creamy, healthy, and packed with nutrients. It’s so easy to make and takes less than 5 minutes to prepare. This refreshing smoothie is one of my favorite frozen fruit smoothies.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups strawberry frozen
  • 1 cup banana frozen chunks
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Gather together all the ingredients and slice frozen banana into chunks.
  2. Pour the milk into a high-speed blender.
  3. Add strawberries and frozen bananas.
  4. Blend on high speed until smooth. (You can scrape down the edges if necessary.) Serve and enjoy immediately.
