Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 cups strawberry stems removed, fresh
  • 2 banana ripe
  • 1 cup beet cooked, red
  • 2 coops superfruit greens Barlean's brand, strawberry-kiwi flavor
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar white
  • 3 ounces almond milk

Instructions

  1. In a high-power blender, combine all the ingredients. Puree on high for 1 minute until the mixture is completely smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture, evenly in the Popsicle mold.
  3. Freeze for 6 hours or until solid.
  4. Remove from the freezer, run the popsicle mold under warm water for a minute to loosen the popsicles. Carefully remove popsicles and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Removing the Popsicles from the Mould - You’ll have to run the mold underwater once the popsicles are frozen. This is to loosen them out of the mold. This is totally normal and should take about a minute under luke warm water.
  • Storing Leftover Popsicles - If you don’t plan to consume all 8 in one sitting no worries. Just place the leftovers in a freezer safe bag for up to 1 month.
