Strawberry Cheesecake Crescent Rolls
Description
This recipe uses refrigerated crescent roll dough as the base, spread with a smooth blend of softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. After adding a layer of strawberry jam and fresh diced strawberries, each triangle is carefully rolled with the filling secured to bake into golden, tender rolls. The combination of the rich cream cheese mixture with sweet jam and fresh fruit produces a balance of creamy, tangy, and sweet flavors.
When baked at 350°F for 15 minutes, the crescent rolls develop a light, flaky exterior while maintaining a soft interior enriched by the melting cream cheese and warm strawberry layers. Letting them cool briefly before dusting with powdered sugar adds a final touch of sweetness and presentation appeal.
They are best served warm and can be complemented by ice cream or whipped cream for an enhanced dessert experience. The recipe provides a straightforward method to create a sweet pastry using accessible ingredients and minimal preparation.
