Ingredients
- ½ heavy cream a pint
- 2-3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 vanilla bean seeds removed
- 3 lices pound cake diced
- 1 cup strawberry sliced
- chocolate syrup
- white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Make the whipped cream by pouring the whipping cream into a bowl and adding powdered sugar until the cream is at your desired degree of sweetness (I used 2 tablespoons).
- Gently remove the seeds from the vanilla pod and place them into the whipping cream.
- Using a hand mixer, beat on high until the whipping cream is thick and fluffy.
- Prepare the parfait by placing some of the diced pound cake into the bottom of the dish, followed by a few spoonfuls of sliced strawberries.
- Drizzle the berries with a little chocolate sauce and a sprinkling of white chocolate chips, followed by a few spoonfuls of whipped cream. Repeat the process with pound cake, strawberries, chocolate sauce, and white chocolate chips.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream and serve immediately. Enjoy!
