Strawberry Cream Cheese Slab Pie Recipe

  • 14 oz pie crust you'll need 2 pie crusts, refrigerated
  • 12 oz white baking chocolate
  • 3 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 3/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberry sliced, fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Prick the crust with a fork all over and place pan into over to bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Coarsely chop 4 ounces of the white chocolate bar and sprinkle over the warm crust.
  4. Let the chocolate sit for about 203 minutes and spread the melted chocolate evenly over the crust.
  5. Place pan into the refrigerator to set the chocolate, about 10 minutes.
  6. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the remaining white chocolate (8 ounces) with the heavy whipping cream. Microwave in 20 second increments until smooth and creamy.
  7. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric hand mixer to combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  8. Add in the melted chocolate/whipping cream mixture and mix until combined.
  9. Fold in the whipped topping.
  10. Spread the strawberry jam evenly onto the white chocolate coated crust.
  11. Next, spread the white chocolate cream cheese mixture on top.
  12. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Place fresh strawberries on top just before serving. Slice and enjoy!
