Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough baking sheet or pizza pan. Sprinkle pizza dough with ½ teaspoon of cinnamon and granulated sugar.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, add diced strawberries, water, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth or all cornstarch has dissolved.

- Spread the no-bake cheesecake filling evenly over the cooled crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Next, spread strawberry filling over the cheesecake filling.
- In a bowl, combine softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, and salt. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkling over the pizza.
- Place dessert pizza back in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the top of the pizza is a light golden brown.
- Remove pizza from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Whisk powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl until smooth. Drizzle over the assembled pizza.
- Slice and serve immediately!
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
- Pre-bake the pizza crust to ensure it is fully baked and doesn’t become soggy from the toppings.
- Watch the crumble on the pizza as it bakes in the oven. You want it to be golden brown, and it is susceptible to burning if it’s left too long.
