Strawberry Dessert Pizza
Description
The Strawberry Dessert Pizza starts with a refrigerated pizza dough that is rolled out and baked until golden and crisp, ensuring a solid base to hold the toppings without becoming soggy. A sprinkle of cinnamon and granulated sugar on the dough before baking adds subtle sweetness and spice.
Following the crust baking, a filling is made by cooking diced strawberries with sugar, water, cornstarch, and lemon juice until thickened, creating a glossy fruit topping. A no-bake cheesecake filling spread underneath adds richness and a creamy texture contrast. The assembled pizza is then topped with a crumbly mixture made from butter, sugars, flour, and salt, which bakes to a golden brown and adds a crisp, buttery texture.
The dessert is best served chilled or at room temperature. Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days as the crust can soften over time. Watching the crumble during baking is important to prevent burning. This treat pairs well with fresh fruit and can be garnished with mint if desired.

Notes
- Pre-bake the pizza crust to prevent sogginess from the cheesecake and strawberry toppings.
- Monitor the crumble topping while baking to ensure it turns golden but does not burn.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days to maintain freshness.
