Ingredients
- 1 premade pie crust like pillsbury
- 1 pint strawberries hulled and sliced
- ¼ cup sugar plus extra for topping
- 1 teaspoon orange juice
- 2 TBS cornstarch
- 1 TBS butter cut into little pieces
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon water
Notes
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
