  • ½ cup butter softened, unsalted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg at room temperature, large
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 bag chocolate kisses Hershey's Strawberry Ice Cream Cone flavor
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy
  4. Mix in the egg, milk and vanilla until well combined
  5. Add flour, baking soda, and salt, and mix until well combined
  6. Divide dough using a cookie dough scoop and roll into balls
  7. Place on baking sheet
  8. For sprinkles, roll ball in sprinkles then place on baking sheet
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden
  10. Remove from oven and immediately add chocolate kiss pressing down gently
  11. Let cool and remove to wire rack
  12. Store in an airtight container
