Ingredients
- 2 ripe kiwi peeled
- 1 cup packed fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup canned pears in juice do not drain
- 1 cup frozen whole strawberries
- ½ cup unsweetened nut milk
- Optional add-ins: chia seeds, hemp seeds, protein powder, ground flax, collagen, Greek yogurt, lots of other options

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the carafe of your blender. Pulse a few times to break up the large pieces.
- Slowly ramp the blender up to high and blend until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency. Serve immediately.
Notes
- If you want to make your smoothie with fresh strawberries, just throw a few ice cubes into the blender along with your fruit!
- If you're using a high-power blender, you can skip the pulse step and blend on high from the start.
