Ingredients
- 308 g golden Oreos (10.8 oz)
- 23 g Strawberry jelly/jello powder (0.8 oz)
- 150 g full-fat cream cheese (⅔ cup)
- 350 g white chocolate (12.5 oz)
- Red/pink cake sprinkles to decorate
Instructions
- Using a food processor or blender, blitz the Oreos into fine crumbs.
- Add the crumbs to a large bowl then stir in the strawberry jelly powder.
- Add the cream cheese and mix well. When it's starting to stick, use your hands to press everything together into a ball.
- Divide the mixture into 15 equal-sized pieces and roll into balls. Place them on a lined baking tray and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Melt the white chocolate then dip the Oreo balls into it until well coated. Place them back onto the lined baking tray and top with the sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for 1 more hour until set then enjoy!
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
